100 ml Prosecco (chilled) 30 ml Limoncello Rossi (chilled)
Place a spoonful of crushed ice in a fluted glass and top with fresh berries. Mix Prosecco and Limoncello in a mixing glass and stir lightly, being careful not to destroy the bubbles. Pour the mixture over the berries and ice.
30 ml Limoncello Rossi 30 ml Whisky
30 ml lemon juice
30 ml simple syrup
Add all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a low tumbler. Garnish with maraschino cherry and lemon zest
35 ml Limoncello Rossi 20 ml Lime juice
3 spoons White sugar 6/7 Mint leaves Ginger beer or soda
In a high tumbler pour lime juice, sugar, mint leaves and Limoncello. Add ice, mix and top- up with ginger beer o soda
40 ml Limoncello Rossi 60 ml mango pureè
20 ml lime juice
10 ml simple syrup
Add all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a high tumbler glass.
30 ml Limoncello Rossi 30 ml Bitter
20 ml Red Vermouth
2 dashes Angostura
In a mixing glass add the ingredients with ice, stir, and strain into a Martini glass.Garnish with a cherry and an orange peel.
30 ml Limoncello Rossi 15 ml Red Bitter
30 ml Pineapple Juice 30 ml Tonic Water
Stir the ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Pour into a sugar-rimmed glass and garnish with a slice of lemon.
