Visual characteristics: some of our single wine-grape grappe have a straw color which is due to stay longer or shorter in oak barrels.
Our aged grappa are:
Dolcetto aged 3 years in oak barrels
Organoleptic characteristics: typical of the wine-grape variety from which the grappa result.
Production: produced only by distilling the marc from every single wine-grape.
Marc: come from areas near our distillery such as: Monferrato, Roero, Langhe.
Bottle capacity: cl 70.
Alcohol: 40% vol.
Distilled: the traditional and typical Piemontese system of stills steam intermittently.
