Prosecco is an Italian sparkling wine; generally a Dry or Extra Dry wine; normally made from Glera ("Prosecco") grapes. DOC prosecco is produced in the regions of Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia in Italy, and traditionally, mainly in the areas near Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, in the hills north of Treviso.
Prosecco is known as the main ingredient of the Bellini cocktail and more recently has become popular as a less expensive substitute for Champagne

The color of this wonderful sparkling Prosecco is straw yellow and has a fine and persistent perlage.
Its smell is aromatic and rightly strong and has a refined taste, fruitful and floral with remembers of acacia flowers, apple and wisteria.
It’s tasty and has a balanced acidity. This wine is excellent for aperitif, to drink with fish, sushi, vegetables.
This fantastic Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Spumante Extra Dry Cuvèe “ Le Contesse” has to be served at 6-8°C.
