Winemaking: Fermentation in stone open tanks, with controlled temperatures (22ºC-24ºC) and long macerations.
Total Production: 800 bottles
Aging: In old barriques for 5 months, followed by steal vats until bottling.
Colour: Dark blue with a yellow rim in colour.
Bouquet: Dark berry but a bit odd in the nose.
Taste: Medium body. Fruit but quite clean in flavour. Sweet.
Suggestions: Serve in moderate temperature, around 18ºC, after careful decantation. Desert wine, to acompany strong cheeses and quality sweets or chocolate.
Tasting Notes: Opaque colour with a strong and intense wild fruit aroma with a sweet, strong and appealing side. Mouth confirms the nose. It´s also elegant and full of character.
